Mission and vision
The mission of the Wolfert van Borselen School Group is: quality education for active and inquiring pupils in a rich, internationally oriented learning environment; education that has the support of caring parents.
Quality education at Wolfert Bilingual means that we strive for excellent results from our students: smooth progress towards their final year and outstanding exam results. However, the school aims to be more than simply a place of learning. It also wants the students who leave our school to have something extra.
In this way we help our students to face the world with an open approach and full of initiative. We want to encourage them to become independent, critical and socially aware young adults. Together we want to promote values such as respect and responsibility.
When students join our school, so too do their parents. The school makes considerable efforts to establish good, intensive contact with parents. This is most apparent in the form of parents’ evenings, parent/teacher evenings and information evenings. Parents are more than welcome to attend many of the events held at school. Information is regularly available through newsletters and the website. The school also attaches great importance to parent participation in a whole range of areas.
