Build confidence, physical strength, lifelong skills and make new friends at the Wolfert Jiu-Jitsu After School Club.
Designed to introduce students to the core fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, our program is led by qualified instructors and coaches dedicated to helping kids thrive on and off the mats. Jiu-Jitsu is a proven, highly effective self-defense system that boosts mental and physical health while offering a supportive space to build lasting relationships with like-minded peers.
Required Attire & Safety
- Uniform: A standard Jiu-Jitsu gi OR fitted workout gear (clothing must have no pockets or zippers).
- Safety: Strictly no jewelry allowed on the mat.
