Als een absentie niet op tijd gemeld wordt of er is geen duidelijke reden bekend, kan dit gezien worden als ongeoorloofd verzuim (spijbelen). In dat geval moet de leerling uren terugkomen en bij oplopend verzuim kan een melding bij Leerplicht nodig zijn. Voor het afmelden van een (school)examen of PTA-onderdeel dient u <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wolfert.nl\/tweetalig\/ziekmelden\/#afmeldenviaformulier\">dit<\/a> formulier gebruiken.<\/p>\n<p>Een ouder-login. Bij afwezigheid zonder tijdig bericht of zonder geldige reden, zijn er gevolgen voor de leerling. Voor afwezigheid bij een toets gelden de regels in het leerlingenstatuut vanaf punt 11.17. <br>\n<br>\n<b>Afwezigheid tijdens een (school)examen of bij examenonderdelen<\/b><br>\nVoor afwezigheid bij een (school)examen (PTA-toets of eindexamen) gelden de regels in het BOOR examenreglement, artikel 10.<\/div><div id=\"field_118_62\" class=\"gfield gfield--type-html gfield--input-type-html gfield--width-full gfield_html gfield_html_formatted gfield_no_follows_desc field_sublabel_below gfield--no-description field_description_below field_validation_below gfield_visibility_visible\"  ><b>Regeling verhindering schoolexamen\n<\/b><br>\n<ul>\nDit artikel heeft betrekking op alle schoolexamens in leerjaar vier, vijf en zes die tijdens\nSE-weken of daarbuiten worden afgenomen.\n<li>Een absentmelding dient gedaan te worden via het daarvoor bedoelde formulier op de\nwebsite van Wolfert Tweetalig.<\/li>\n<li>Een leerling die met een geldige reden en voorafgaand aan het begin van een onderdeel\nvan het examen wordt afgemeld door een ouder (18-) of zichzelf (18+), dient het\nbetreffende onderdeel alsnog af te leggen met behoud van herkansing. Voorbeelden van\ngeldige redenen: ziekte, een noodzakelijke medische afspraak, etc. <\/li>\n<li>Een leerling die met een ongeldige reden of na aanvang van het onderdeel van het\nexamen wordt afgemeld door een ouder (18-) of zichzelf (18+) dient het onderdeel\nalsnog af te leggen, maar verliest het recht op herkansing. Voorbeelden van ongeldige\nreden: een niet noodzakelijke medische afspraak, rij-examen, etc. <\/li> \n<li>Een leerling die niet wordt afgemeld door een ouder (18-) of zichzelf (18+) voor een\nonderdeel van het examen, dient het onderdeel alsnog af te leggen, maar verliest het\nrecht op herkansing.<\/li>\n<li>Indien de absentmelding niet correct is uitgevoerd, dan wordt de ouder of leerling (18+)\nop de dag van afmelding alsnog gevraagd binnen 24 uur een absentieverklaring in te\nvullen. Indien de verklaring uitblijft dan wordt na 24 uur middels een gentle reminder het\nverzoek nogmaals gedaan en de deadline 24 uur opgeschort. We zetten de leerling na een dag ziekte de volgende dag automatisch ook nog op ziek. We vragen wel om een betermelding na ziekte. Dit voorkomt onjuiste absenties waarvoor de leerling zich moet melden. Het beter melden kan met dit formulier, maar de leerling kan zich ook bij de receptie persoonlijk beter melden. Dit geldt zowel bij \u00e9\u00e9n dag ziekte als bij meer dagen, en de betermelding gebeurt zodra de leerling weer naar school gaat.
