Vanuit de vakken geschiedenis, aardrijkskunde, Latijn en beeldende vorming hebben zij zich verdiept in het ontstaan en (her)inrichten van steden. <!--more-->Dit hebben zij vooral gedaan vanuit een vergelijking tussen het oude Rome en het moderne Rotterdam. Bij het vak beeldende vorming hebben leerlingen in kleine groepen gewerkt aan het bouwen van maquettes. Deze maquettes laten telkens een oud Romeins gebouw en een modern gebouw uit Rotterdam zien. Tijdens de lessen beeldende vorming, de les van de architect en de excursie hebben de leerlingen de gebouwen bestudeerd, nagemaakt en met elkaar verbonden. Afgelopen donderdag lieten de gymnasiumleerlingen hun creatieve eindprojecten zien aan ouders\/verzorgers. Het waren geweldig geslaagde presentaties.
