formulier.<\/strong><br \/>\nIndien er plek is, vindt er een ori\u00ebnterend gesprek plaats met de teamleider\/leerlingco\u00f6rdinator en\/of ondersteuningsco\u00f6rdinator, waarbij de leerling aanwezig is. Ouder(s)\/verzorger(s) nemen onderstaande informatie mee:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>VO-VO formulier<\/li>\n<li>OKR-basisschool<\/li>\n<li>Recente cijferlijst huidige school<\/li>\n<li>Recente aanwezigheidsregistratie afgelopen schooljaar<\/li>\n<li>Onderzoeksverslagen en\/of verklaringen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">De bovenstaande informatie moet volledig bij de school zijn aangeleverd v\u00f3\u00f3r het gesprek. Wanneer de gegevens niet compleet zijn, kan het gesprek helaas niet doorgaan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Na het gesprek ontvangt u binnen twee weken een besluit. Dit zal pas eind schooljaar 2025-2026 duidelijk zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Belangrijk om te vermelden is dat leerlingen die binnen de Wolfert van Borselen scholengroep overstappen, voorrang hebben.
