PURPOSE
A Student Charter sets out the rights and obligations of students.
AIM
The Student Charter is intended to clarify the legal position of students.
The aim of drafting such a charter is to:
* prevent problems;
* answer any questions which arise;
* resolve any problems which arise;
* avoid arbitrary decisions.
